1. About AdPilot OS

AdPilot OS is an agency operating system designed to help marketing agencies and professionals manage clients, advertising platforms, campaigns, performance data, workflows, reports and AI-assisted marketing activities.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Maintaining account security
  • Protecting your login credentials
  • All activity conducted through your account

If you are using AdPilot OS on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

3. Agency Accounts

Agency administrators may create teams, invite members and assign permissions.

You are responsible for ensuring that team members receive appropriate access.

4. Advertising Platform Connections

AdPilot OS may connect to third-party advertising platforms.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect those accounts.

You remain responsible for:

  • Campaign decisions
  • Budgets
  • Targeting
  • Advertising content
  • Compliance with advertising platform policies

5. AI Features

AdPilot OS may provide AI-generated:

  • Campaign strategies
  • Ad copy
  • Headlines
  • Audience suggestions
  • Creative ideas
  • Performance insights
  • Recommendations

AI output is provided as an assistance tool and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, advertising-platform, or business advice.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it.

6. No Guaranteed Results

AdPilot OS does not guarantee:

  • Leads
  • Sales
  • Revenue
  • ROAS
  • CTR
  • CPC
  • CPA
  • Campaign performance
  • Profitability

Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription.

Subscription prices and included features are displayed on our Pricing page.

Paid subscriptions may automatically renew according to the selected billing period unless cancelled before the next billing period.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options available within your account.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically reverse charges already processed unless you qualify for a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use AdPilot OS to:

  • Break applicable laws
  • Abuse advertising platforms
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Attack or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious software
  • Circumvent security controls
  • Abuse API limits
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Conduct fraudulent activity

10. Intellectual Property

AdPilot OS, including its software, design, branding, documentation and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Wide Digital Media SMC PVT LTD.

You retain ownership of content and business information you submit to the service.

11. Third-Party Services

AdPilot OS may depend on third-party services.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies and availability requirements.

We are not responsible for outages or changes made by third-party providers.

12. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, upgrades, security incidents and third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Abuse the platform
  • Create security risks
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay applicable subscription fees

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdPilot OS and Wide Digital Media SMC PVT LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Wide Digital Media SMC PVT LTD from claims arising from your misuse of AdPilot OS, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of AdPilot OS after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law
